Vitrus and his sister were born in the Far East, a land ravaged by dragon attacks. Vitrus, being born a few years before his sister, was taught how to use his father's invention. Ocean Tide, the wonder filly as reported by many reporters throughout the years of her work as the town's alchemist, but she wasn't always this well known. No this filly had humble beginnings. Also for being a fan of Fallout Equestria, personally I've been thinking about alternate versions of my OCs set in FE, mostly because of how interesting FE is and because of how different my OCs personalities would be because of that change.

The fallout universe does being out the worst and best of us. The way I see it Ripoff thinks in his own twisted way that he is providing a great service and not really asking much for what he risks to aquire the things he does as a merchant, but to a traveler his regular prices are quite steep.
Ripoff again is an interesting character.
I think he would have a lot of interesting interactions with a lot different ponies and other species in the Fallout Equestria universe.
Some would view him in a better light, some would see him as a pony better left off with a bullet in his head.

Of course. Im sure he has many enemies which is why his rifle is all custom made. Note the actual priming trigger. its to ensure that only a unicorn could use it with ease, its makes it more versatile than a battle saddle in that it can be aimed and fired by thought alone. Plus Im sure hes no naive sap, he probably hires mercenaries as bodyguards for his shop. I do need to do some more RnD on his character but for most part yea. I agree one of my more interesting characters.
